Ticket Check: You may check
the status of your repair ticket by clicking
on the blue button below.
Remote Support: With remote
support we can access your computer remotely
to solve issues you may have with setup or
configuration. No software has to be
installed and you can watch everything we
do. While we can provide minor repair free
of charge with this feature, any extended
time fixing problems will incur a support
charge. The charge for this service is as
follows:

Level 1 support =
$10.00 per 10 minutes or part
thereof
Level 2 support =
$20.00 per 10 minutes or part
thereof
