All Mitac Computers contain a 1 Year Parts and Labour On-Site Hardware Warranty. Without prejudice to any statutory rights available to the Purchaser, all goods supplied are covered by such warranty as is specified by the manufacturer and supplied subject to the products standards detailed by the manufacturer. All faulty hardware may be returned to the manufacturer for repair. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Seller will not be liable for any time delay, in repairs to hardware, that have been returned to the hardware supplier. Software issues are not covered by this warranty agreement. (This includes events such as Virus/Spyware attack and Software / Games compatibility problems etc). Warranty is voided if damage is caused by tampering with the system, installing foreign parts, upgrades performed by non-qualified personnel, mishandling, power surge and lightning strike.
